to implement, assess, and escalate supplier action plans for recurring performance issues. They also ensure improvement actions are consistent across all supply‑chain stakeholders and manage supplier recovery efforts until acceptable performance is achieved. ▪ Manage Recovery plan with Line Of Balance management on shortages occurring at multi SEP plants; ▪ Support SPM (SPQM) Division to recover good supplier performances by addressing action plan follow up through close relationship and visits to supplier site; ▪ Support the Supply chain operation teams on recovery plan, escalations or critical issues; ▪ Support SPM to "Check and Act" action plan implementation; ▪ Acts as a co assessor for onsite supplier assessments and audits, in coordination with the SPM; ▪ Support SPM plant on Major Quality issues (Scope definition, containment..); ▪ Escalate and participate to risk analysis with SPM Division; ▪ Drives key stakeholders to define and deliver the corrective action plans ensuring results are achieved and sustainable with a key focus on production readiness, audits and for systemic quality issues; ▪ Conducts internal periodic supplier performance review with other groups within the division; ▪ Focal point for supplier performances issues in relation with logistics and programs teams; ▪ Conduct workshops to drive change and resolve conflict, both internally and at the supplier facility; ▪ Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture; ▪ Regular, predictable attendance is required; ▪ Other duties may be assigned. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and at least 3 years experience in Quality, Supply Chain and/or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Knowledge of Quality/Lean tools (FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa etc.) including audits
- Technical awareness of manufacturing processes
- Speaks Spanish or French
- Green belt certification
