Job Description
Process Engineer We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization Analyze production workflows and identify improvement opportunities Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and control plans Improve yield, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle time Conduct root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why) Continuous Improvement Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives Drive Kaizen events and productivity improvements Track KPIs such as yield, throughput, OEE, downtime New Product Introduction (NPI) Support DFM reviews and PFMEA Develop pilot build process flow Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field 2-5+ years manufacturing experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process mapping Familiar with ERP/MES systems Preferred Skills Experience in high-volume or hyper-growth manufacturing environments Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred) Automation integration experience Bilingual English / Chinese is a plus
