$105,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually Description About the role We are seeking a passionate Industrial Engineer to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will analyze, design, and optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. You will play a key role in a major transformation initiative, partnering cross-functionally to implement data-driven solutions and create a better working environment for employees. We value strong change-management capabilities, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset over specific prior experience. What you'll do Lead and support lean transformation initiatives within the plant. Analyze production workflows, logistics, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain operations. Develop and maintain value stream maps to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements. Recommend and implement tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve quality, consistency, and repeatability. Conduct time and motion studies, simulations, and ergonomic assessments. Define, track, and report key performance metrics to measure process effectiveness. Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards. Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deploy new technologies and automation. Support and promote Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. What you'll bring Strong interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and manufacturing systems. Demonstrated ability to lead or support change initiatives. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn, contribute, and drive continuous improvement. Passion for creating safer, more efficient, and employee-friendly work environments. Nice to have Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Experience with process mapping, time studies, or industrial engineering tools. Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
