Job Overview:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain production standards.

Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement process improvements. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures. Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Pay Range:

$62 - $66/hr.
