As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the supply chain and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Support the effectiveness of supplier-related processes within the site Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and internal standards. Lead supplier performance monitoring using key metrics such as defect rates, corrective actions, and trend analysis. Manage incoming quality issues, including defect analysis, material dispositions, and nonconformance tracking. Drive systemic corrective actions at suppliers utilizing methodologies like 8D, DMAIC, or A3. Lead supplier qualification activities, including PPAP approvals, process validation, and production readiness assessments. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC. Experience with structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, DMAIC, or A3.
