job summary: Our client, a mission-driven company empowering the planet, seeks a Construction Supervisor in Richmond, VA to oversee operations. This leadership role requires a high school diploma, 5-7 years of experience, and deep expertise in production processes and tools.

Richmond, Virginia job type: Contract salary: $64.62 - 96.93 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate production staff, implementing measures to motivate employees and resolve personal grievances.

Implement strategies to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency while maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems, setting and monitoring product standards to ensure high-quality finished products.

Review daily operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex processing or production issues.

Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, personnel records, and precision technical plans, blueprints, or drawings.
