Product Review Engineer Location:
Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an engineering professional who thrives in a hands-on factory environment and enjoys collaborating closely with production personnel to transform design into reality. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting operations, ensuring product integrity, and driving continuous improvements across the entire production lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for production non-conformances. Apply engineering principles to resolve product and process issues throughout the lifecycle, and develop and implement product or process improvements. Partner with production teams, represent the engineering community on the factory floor, and ensure compliance with required standards. Participate in technical reviews, damage repair assessments, and support on-site repair or accident investigation teams as needed.
Required:
Bachelor's or Master of Science degree from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited course of study in engineering. 14 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering. Current or prior experience with BCA MRB within the last 2 years.
