Investigate and resolve internal and supplier-driven quality issues, managing the full lifecycle of NC and CAPA records within Trackwise.
Collaborate directly with suppliers to address defects, escalate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and execute Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).Support the qualification and validation of internal manufacturing processes, as well as critically assess supplier-proposed change management activities (including PPAP).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality, interpret data trends, and identify actionable opportunities for process optimization.
