Position Responsibilities:
Interface Management :
Act as the primary liaison between Production Engineering, Operations, and Program teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Project Management :
Identify, charter, and execute projects aimed at incremental improvements across the value stream.
Change Management :
Conduct change impact assessments and determine viable incorporation points and methods for operational changes.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Review labor-costing data, perform quarterly EAC assessments, and present findings to leadership.
Process Improvement :
Implement continuous improvements in job estimating processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
Team Leadership :
Coach and train team members, distribute work, and guide shop-floor operations to align with production goals.
Forecasting and Scheduling :
Conduct monthly labor forecasting and support scheduling for major assemblies, ensuring alignment with production capabilities. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 1 year labs experience 3-5 years Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5-7 years Industrial Engineering experience
