Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with strong shop floor experience to drive process optimization, productivity improvements, and lean manufacturing initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in time studies, line balancing, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyze assembly lines and manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing principles. Conduct time studies, elemental breakdowns, video time studies, and line balancing activities. Perform
VA/NVA/RNVA
analysis and identify productivity improvement opportunities. Develop current and future state Value Stream Maps (VSM). Identify bottlenecks, waste, and process inefficiencies. Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives. Develop and update standard work instructions and video work instructions. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime. Support fixture design and process improvement implementation plans. Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. 5-7 years of Industrial Engineering experience in Automotive or Off-Highway manufacturing. Strong shop floor manufacturing experience.

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
