A note to new graduates:
We know you don't have all the answers yet

What we're looking for is someone who asks the right questions, digs in without being asked, and takes initiative on the shop floor. You'll be mentored by experienced engineers and machinists, but we expect you to drive your own growth.
What you will do:
Learn our casting, machining, and bonding processes for babbitt and metal bearings
  • then find ways to improve them Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean and 5S principles Analyze production data
  • cycle times, scrap, yield
  • and present findings Develop and improve existing production areas Resolves manufacturing and safety issues Implements the most efficient use of current tooling and personnel to maximize production without reducing quality Work alongside machinists and operators daily; the shop floor is your classroom Take on projects independently as your knowledge grows What we are looking for: B.
S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Materials Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Genuine curiosity about how things are made
  • internship, co-op, lab, or shop experience is a plus, not a must Ability to read engineering drawings; basic CAD exposure (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Comfortable working in a production environment
