Supplier Quality Engineer

Summary:

Seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with expertise in quality planning, supplier audits, and advanced data analysis for continuous improvement projects. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, or supply management Proficiency with FMEA, NCCA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma Advanced skills in statistical analysis and data gathering techniques Familiarity with drawings and schematic interpretation, GD&T Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology-related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience in quality engineering tools such as Supplier Audits and Design Reviews Knowledge of SAP-PAG and SAP-PDM systems Audit experience including JDS-G223 and Process Verification Audits Experience with Riding Lawn Equipment or Utility Vehicle production processes Lean manufacturing experience

Responsibilities:

Lead Quality Planning Activities for PDP programs and continuous improvement projects Facilitate cross-functional teams for quality-related development activities Resolve supplier quality problems for PDP programs and current production Facilitate corrective actions using the 8D process steps Ensure execution of RGAs, SCRs, quality plans, and supplier improvement activities
