JOB ELEMENTS & POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the operations team Execute time studies to find wastes in our manufacturing processes. Participate in Aptar's continuous improvement process by using problem solving techniques Perform root cause analysis to aid in solving problems in our operations Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiencies throughout the plant Support the operations manager in day-to-day tasks to maximize uptime, quality and safety. Develop new cell layouts to aid operators and eliminate waste.
QUALIFICATIONS
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a mechanical/industrial engineering or other relevant manufacturing degree Quick learner and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to take initiative Ability to work effectively on teams and independently Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD & Advanced Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneously Strong experience with computers (especially MS Word, Excel, Project & Power Point ) Strong communication skills

Full-Time during Co-Op term: May 2026 - December 2026 or January 2027 - August 2027
