Production Engineer

Job Description

• Attend internal (and occasional external) customer meetings
• Build prototype units using hand tools and written instructions
• Receive incoming materials and organize inventory
• Maintain a manual inventory system (spreadsheets)
• Scan and manage supporting documentation
• Pull materials from inventory to support builds
• Perform basic testing on units as required

• 2-3 years of expereince (internship/co-op + professional role is acceptable)
• Ability to work hands-on onsite (building, inventorying, organizing materials)
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail (inventory tracking, documentation, shipping forms, purchase requisitions)
• Proactive communication regarding questions, risks, challenges, and issues
• Comfort using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers) Ability to follow written work instructions
• Engineering degree (any discipline)
• Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience
• Customer-facing or internal stakeholder meeting experience
• Google Workspace experience
• Microsoft Office experience Prototype build or test experience
