Job Description

Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for supplier issue investigation, data analysis, quality system updates, reporting, and corrective action support. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of supplier quality experience Experience with lean manufacturing Experience with Quality Management Systems Experience with RCCA processes Experience with data analysis and reporting Experience using TeamCenter Experience using Syteline Experience with quality methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, 8-D, DFMEA, and PPAP Preferred Skills Experience identifying supplier-related quality trends Experience reviewing production-floor quality issues Experience investigating deviations Experience updating quality management systems Experience creating supplier quality reports Experience supporting corrective and preventive action processes Job Responsibilities Review and respond to production-floor quality issues Communicate with floor team members regarding supplier quality concerns Review emails and internal reports related to quality issues Analyze supplier quality data to identify recurring issues Investigate supplier-related problems and determine corrective actions Identify and document deviations Perform Quality Management System updates Prepare quality reports Support RCCA activities Apply quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8-D, DFMEA, and PPAP Work with internal teams to resolve supplier quality issues
