Up to $100,000 We're working with a well-established manufacturer that designs and builds highly automated production equipment used across multiple industrial applications. Their focus is on developing custom machinery and continuously improving automation within their facility—making this a hands-on, high-impact engineering role. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, strong technical exposure, and the ability to work closely with both engineering and production teams. What You'll Be Doing Program, troubleshoot, and debug PLCs and HMIs on automated manufacturing equipment Support new equipment builds, system upgrades, and retrofits Perform electrical troubleshooting on production machinery Work with electrical schematics and drawings (AutoCAD Electrical) Assist with commissioning and startup of equipment Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams Travel is listed at up to 25%, but in reality, travel is minimal and rarely required. What You Need (Must-Haves) 3-5 years of PLC programming experience Strong experience with Allen Bradley

PLC & HMI
