Work Location:

Office & Greater Denver Area What we're looking for: We are looking for an Interior Foliage/Plant Technician to join our great team. We offer training & equipment to be successful in your role as well as potential opportunities to be involved in other areas of the business such as Holiday Décor, Floral, and Exterior Plant Maintenance.

The right candidate:

• Has a curiosity and passion for plants & plant care with experience caring for plants (preferred)
• Is self-motivated, dependable, coachable, hardworking, adaptable to change, a team player, and excited to further their knowledge on plants/plant care
• Has great communication skills and experience interacting with clients
• Enjoys working independently and is detail-oriented
• Is able to lift 20-30 lbs repeatedly and walk several miles throughout the day
• Delivers high-quality work with a service-oriented mindset
• Has a valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle driving record

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall health and aesthetics of plants and bioliphic designs in interior commercial & residential settings.

Exercise knowledge and trained techniques to apply the appropriate amounts of water per plant based on plant variety requirements, location, and lighting conditions Ensuring plants and their general staging/aesthetic are well maintained, clean, and free of dust Pruning and removal of discolored or dead leaves Plant pest/disease prevention and mitigation when required Utilizing Leave No Trace Principles, leaving client space clean and orderly throughout without spills or debris left behind

• Communicate with clients and be a liaison for client wants, needs, concerns, or questions
• Communicate with team/supervisor of needs and any changes to account contact, access, plant location, etc.
• Visit all assigned accounts and routes regularly and as scheduled
• Attend regular team meetings and training workshops
• Safely drive throughout urban/suburban/rural settings in various Colorado weather conditions
• Seek and give feedback for improvements where needed

Compensation:

$19.00 - $21.00/hr
