Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Technician with strong manual skills and proven expertise in follicular unit implantation to join our clinical team. This role supports the surgeon throughout all stages of the hair restoration procedure, with a primary focus on precise graft implantation and handling of follicular units. Surgical Responsibilities Prepare patients and surgical areas in full compliance with sterile protocols. Perform manual FUE extraction under physician supervision (no robotic systems). Dissect and sort follicular units under a microscope with high precision. Implant grafts using forceps or implanters with advanced technique and accuracy (expert-level implantation skills required). Maintain optimal graft survival through proper hydration, handling, and timing. Patient Care Provide clear and compassionate pre- and post-operative instructions. Ensure patient comfort during procedures and proactively address concerns. Assist with follow-up visits and ongoing clinical care. Clinic & Equipment Maintenance Sterilize, organize, and maintain instruments and workstations. Follow strict infection control protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management and supply restocking. Requirements Minimum Medical Assistant (MA) license required. Proven hands-on experience in manual FUE procedures. Demonstrated expertise specifically in follicular unit implantation. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Professional, reliable, and patient-centered attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. CMA or CST certification is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
