Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our farming facilities with a focus on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment. Your duties will include inspecting and testing equipment, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and upgrades. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance. Duties/Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment
• Inspect equipment and conduct performance tests to identify issues
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and assist in the development of new solutions
• Promptly and accurately document all repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities

Routine and Preventative Maintenance:

Oversee routine inspections, maintenance, and preventative measures for all mechanical equipment. Ensure adherence to schedules to minimize downtime.

Diagnostic and Repairs:

Lead efforts in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Coordinate and oversee repairs to restore equipment to optimal working conditions.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for the sourcing of spare parts and components. Manage inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.

Technology Integration:

Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance the monitoring, maintenance, and efficiency of mechanical systems

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance roles

Travel Requirement:

• Minimal travel may be required for training or occasional support at various locations.
• During black out days, Overtime will be required
