Day Shift Advantage Technical is hiring an Engineering Assistant to support the design, fabrication, and installation of world-class ride systems and themed attractions in Orlando, FL. If you're an engineering candidate who wants hands-on experience building the experiences people never forget - this is your role. What You'll Do Support mechanical design, CAD modeling, and engineering documentation (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) Assist with prototype builds, component testing, and validation Prepare BOMs, specs, and engineering reports Collaborate with manufacturing teams on fabrication, assembly, and installation Collect and analyze engineering performance data Support field installation and commissioning activities What You Bring BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or currently pursuing) Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read engineering drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
