  • Full-time Since 1959, James Ross Limited has been a leader in the custom design and manufacturing of cleaning and doctoring systems for the pulp & paper industry.
The company is a subsidiary of the IBS Paper Performance Group, an international leader in the design and fabrication of paper machine components, with plants across Europe, Canada, and the United States. Recent demand for their products has created an important opening for a qualified individual to service our machine products in North America. The successful applicant will provide maintenance and repair services to paper mills in various locations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience
  • Computer literate for visit reports and expense reports
  • Mechanical Technician Diploma/Mechanical Certificate (Minimum requirement)
  • Field experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
  • Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Capacity to build confidence with plant employees.
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial pulp and paper equipment is an asset. (Training provided)
  • Maturity and ability to work independently.
