Job Description
JW Bell is a premier manufacturer, dealer, and service provider of aggregate processing equipment and custom fabrication solutions. We partner directly with producers throughout the industry to deliver innovative equipment, exceptional service, and reliable solutions that keep operations running. With the recent expansion into our new state-of-the-art facility, JW Bell continues to grow rapidly into new markets, including equipment rebuilds, custom manufacturing, machining, blasting, painting, and full-service support. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us and become a key part of our success. We are looking for a motivated Engineer Technician to create programs for our CNC equipment. The right person will have the ability to work with a team of engineers, sales staff and clients about current and future projects. Eligible candidates must have 2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment and a desire to be part of a growing team. The ability to communicate with personalities of all types is essential in this position. Skills & responsibilities needed for this position are: Associates degree in drafting or equivalent experience required Knowledge of CNC machine centers, CNC burn table (Pronest is a plus), CNC brake press, beam line, and water jet Ability to create nest for burn table and beam line Solidworks drafting experience or equivalent ERP/MRP software - Global Shop is a plus Structural and plate steel fabrication knowledge Continuous improvement for manufacturing processes Creating Bill of Material and Routers in Global Shop Work with production, sales, service and purchasing departments on a first-hand basis
