Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started in the automotive world, there's a place for you here. A-Level Tech (Lead Tech): Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on engines, suspensions, steering, and drivetrains Lead and mentor junior techs; act as a go-to for technical questions Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and following manufacturer specs ASE certifications and years of experience required B-Level Tech (Mid-Level Tech): Handle most mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, cooling systems, and general maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot drivability issues Assist lead techs with larger jobs Solid understanding of shop equipment and repair procedures Prior hands-on experience required, ASE certifications a plus C-Level Tech (Entry-Level): Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and basic maintenance Assist higher-level techs and learn on the job Willingness to be trained and grow your skill set No prior experience required—just a good attitude and strong work ethic Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Weekly paychecks Paid holidays and time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match On-the-job training & opportunities to grow your skillset Laid-back, family-style shop environment ⸻ What We're Looking For Experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license required Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. ⸻
