Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician responsible for fabricating, assembling, testing, inspecting, and documenting electrical-mechanical assemblies using blueprints, procedures, drawings, and work instructions. Job Requirements Verifiable high school diploma or GED required 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies Experience fabricating, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, drawings, blueprints, schematics, and bills of material Ability to perform manufacturing tasks using limited engineering notes, work instructions, and schematics Experience using assembly tools and measuring tools Ability to perform basic shop-floor math Ability to plan and manage job assignments to meet scheduled goals Ability to maintain complete and accurate documentation U.S. citizenship required Preferred Skills Experience with IPC-610 standards Experience with IPC-620 standards Experience with
J-STD-001
manuals Hand-soldering experience Experience installing electronic components Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering equipment Experience maintaining and organizing assembly workstations Experience supporting advanced robotics, mission systems, or related assemblies Job Responsibilities Fabricate electro-mechanical assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions Test electro-mechanical assemblies Inspect electro-mechanical assemblies Install and assemble electronic components Assemble products according to procedures, drawings, schematics, and bills of material Perform manufacturing tasks using engineering notes, work instructions, and schematics Perform hand-soldering as needed Safely operate hand tools, torque tools, soldering equipment, assembly tools, and measuring tools Perform basic shop-floor math during assembly and inspection activities Maintain organized assembly workstations Complete production and assembly documentation accurately Follow applicable safety protocols and company policies
Pay:
