In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for mechanics and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical technology preferred. Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
