You'll work with CAD/CNC software to create machine tooling, develop first articles, optimize production processes, and support manufacturing teams with equipment setup and training.
What You'll Do:
Design and program tooling using CAD/CNC software Create first articles from customer drawings and specifications Improve machine efficiency, quality, and productivity Develop and maintain machine patterns and facility layouts Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts Train production personnel on new machine setups as needed
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Experience with CAD and CNC programming Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Lean Manufacturing and 3D printing experience is a plus Textile/apparel manufacturing experience is beneficial Why Join Mills Manufacturing?
