With over 850 engineers across 16 countries and a rapidly expanding footprint in the U.S., we are looking for a skilled Predictive Maintenance Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The Role As a Predictive Maintenance Analyst, you will be the frontline expert in identifying mechanical issues within industrial installations. This is an on-site position focused on our Des Moines operations, where your role will involve utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to detect faults before they lead to costly downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vibration measurements and inspections on rotating equipment, including turbines, pumps, fans, motors, and gearboxes. Execute advanced vibration data analysis and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve complex mechanical health issues and equipment irregularities Deploy complementary diagnostic technologies including thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable technical recommendations to clients. Your Profile We are looking for a technical specialist who balances field expertise with an analytical mindset.Required Qualifications:
Vibration Analysis Certification:
ISO Category II (CAT 2) minimum is required.Education:
High School Diploma, Related Field Experience or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics.Experience:
Proven experience in vibration data collection and analysis.Physical Agility:
Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of a plant environment.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in diagnostic software and hardware.Communication:
Strong verbal and written English skills; ability to translate complex data into clear reports for clients. Preferred "Big Plus"Skills:
Experience in Oil Analysis, Ultrasound, or Infrared Thermography. Knowledge of In-situ Balancing. What do we offer you?
