  • and fixing them when they don't. If you get a little spark of satisfaction from diagnosing an issue, grabbing your tools, and bringing equipment back to life, this is your kind of role. Our production floor runs on precision, speed, and teamwork
  • and you'll be right at the center of it all.
What You'll Do Jump into action to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment Perform preventative maintenance to keep downtime low and performance high Work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more Install and set up new equipment Read blueprints and schematics like a pro Partner with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency Help drive continuous improvement (we love smart ideas here) What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) g troubleshooting skills
  • you don't just replace parts, you solve problems Comfortable with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsStron Able to work independently and as part of a team Safety-focused and dependable Bonus points for: PLC troubleshooting Welding/fabrication skills Technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance / Mechatronics What It's Like Here Fast-paced and hands-on Team-oriented
