Mechanical Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Bartlesville, OK based Mechanical Technician to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule :

$20.00/hour ($18.00/hr base + $2.00 shift differential). 2nd

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM. Great opportunity for overtime. At $20/hr and 60hrs/ week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,400 gross. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to support maintenance and equipment operations at the Bartlesville, OK facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demands while improving maintenance efficiency and reducing nonproductive time. This position requires strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement within a team-oriented shop environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain assigned equipment in compliance with the reliability centered maintenance strategy and Computerized Maintenance Management System Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history including movements, work orders, parts used, and time to maintain Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization and reduce downtime due to maintenance, parts, and failures Support and implement Cost of Service Delivery projects including planned repair and reuse of parts Participate in failure investigations and comply with TLM Competency Management System standards Required Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a shop or industrial maintenance environment Ability to adhere to transactional discipline within maintenance management business systems Familiarity with standard work procedures, work orders, and maintenance performance tracking Strong attention to detail and ability to follow reliability centered maintenance strategies Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and up to 60 hours per week as operational demands require "VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
