Develop and document essential maintenance strategies, including centerlines, AM/PM Plans, CILs, and detailed equipment re-build instructions.
Maintain operational efficiency by preparing materials, managing inventory carts, and precisely executing splice sequences on specific unwinders.
Perform routine cleaning, low-complexity maintenance, and timely equipment changeovers to prevent operational losses and resolve production defects.
Ensure strict adherence to LOTO safety requirements around energized equipment and execute 5S tasks to support line safety, quality GMPs, and overall operational stability.
