Position Summary Responsible for supporting engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.
Worksite Location:
Alliance, Fort Worth Shift for this client is Monday-Friday from 7:00 am- 3:30pm. (must be able to work on the weekend if needed) Key Responsibilities Assemble server/system units per SOP/WI (modules, screws, cables, mechanical parts). Install and remove PCBA while following ESD rules. Use torque tools, power drivers, and hand tools for accurate fastening. Support Pilot Run, NPI, and build activities. Assemble, maintain, label, and validate production fixtures. Manage fixture check-in/out and perform basic inspections to ensure readiness. Support production stations as needed. Report mechanical/assembly issues and assist with basic troubleshooting. Record production data or test results when required. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or above; technical majors Mechanical/Electronics/IE) preferred. Experience in server/system assembly, PCBA handling, or manufacturing operations preferred. Mechanical assembly experience is a plus. Skills Able to read basic 2D/3D drawings or assembly diagrams. Proficient with hand tools, torque tools, and electric drivers. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Good communication and teamwork with
PME/IE/QC.
Able to follow SOP/WI accurately and consistently. Willing to work overtime or shifts when required. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
