Job Description
We are hiring a mechanical helper to support technicians with shop tasks, basic machine rebuilds (as trained), and organization. Great for someone who is hands-on, wants to join a rapidly growing company, and wants to increase their mechanical knowledge in a specialized field. - Assist technicians with shop tasks (setup, cleanup, disassembly, reassembly, and refurbishing of threading machines.
- Basic mechanical support. Removing / installing small parts (as trained).
- Organize tools, parts, and shop inventory.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Run small errands/pickups if needed (with valid driver's license)
- Follow shop procedures. Requirements
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Ability to operate a forklift (or be trained to).
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
