Description We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer I to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of lean principles. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize production efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities Support development and maintenance of engineering systems and processes Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to support project execution Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist in creating standard work instructions, documentation, and basic production layouts Support improvements in workflow, labor utilization, and equipment efficiency Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects Contribute to improvement plans aligned with team and business goals Learn and apply lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles Job Skills & Qualifications Experience curating information-rich models using Revit, and ACC.
