Full-time Overview:

Drive manufacturing excellence, process improvements, and project management activities. Define and track all costs, capex and expense, compare to budget and advise management of deviations. Create project plans utilizing program management software (such as Microsoft Project) and create facility layouts as required. Drive automation integration through internal and external resources.

Responsibilities:

• In coordination with operations, troubleshoot existing equipment issues
• Provide lean manufacturing principles to existing and new equipment processes and layouts
• Design and implement automation on both existing and new equipment, utilizing internal and external resources
• Develop and implement operational procedures, documents, etc.
• Work with Sales regarding technical support when needed
• Create / maintain CAD layout of new facility / equipment
• Key coordinator of new facility improvements
• Coordinate both internal resources and subcontractors to meet project KPI goals
• Track project plan, compare actuals to budget
• In coordination with operations, troubleshoot existing equipment issues.
• Setup weekly meeting to review progress and risks
• Coordinate and review technical data on new equipment for compatibility in existing facility infrastructure
• Create and implement production documentation as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

(Minimum requirements): Education and Experience

• Minimum 4 year degree in Engineering a must.
• Program management experience preferred
• Production manufacturing knowledge / mechanical skills Essential Skills, Experience, and Hard Skills (includes Licenses, Credentials)
