We are seeking a Process Engineer who will be instrumental in enhancing operational performance through innovative process design and optimization. This role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across diverse product lines. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and refine production workflows to boost throughput, minimize waste, and reduce costs Support new product launches by coordinating tooling, material flow, and process readiness Lead projects aimed at improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing quality Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and flow diagrams Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and time study methodologies to standardize processes and eliminate variability Monitor scrap, downtime, and rework trends; implement corrective actions using structured root cause analysis Maintain compliance with ISO-9001 and other relevant standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles Proficiency in CAD tools and ERP systems Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO standards
