Job Description

The Impact You'll Make The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be assigned engineering accountability for manufacturing areas inside the facility which would include comprehensive activities in the manufacturing of product. Those duties would involve the development and implementation of automation, problem solving manufacturing issues, process improvements, CNC programming and other activities that affect the assigned area. What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: The investigation and analysis of production methods, processes and operations to determine manufacturing modifications that will increase production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs The ability to evaluate manufacturing problems in a team format and prepare financial justification data and submit capital requisitions for new and improved equipment A comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering function and manufacturing activities including assembly and test processing, CNC programming, automation, workflow, manufacturing cost control and cost reduction Compiling pertinent cost, manpower efficiency, machine capability, space utilization, material handling, etc., to support new manufacturing methods or modification recommendations The development and implementation of automation into the manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Required (Basic) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Automation Minimum of three (3) years' experience Preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Job Criteria Raises the bar for self and others - creates, promotes, and sustain a high-performance culture Consistently meets and exceeds expectations and understands that how accomplishments are achieved is as important as what is achieved Demonstrates analytical smarts and creative thinking when creating plans and solving problems Continuous improvement and change agent Communication skills and computer skills What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
