You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure every part meets rigorous engineering standards while contributing to a culture of manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC lathe equipment to transform raw materials into complex, high-tolerance components. Analyze intricate technical blueprints and engineering schematics to guide precise machining operations. Drive production efficiency by proactively monitoring machine performance and performing necessary adjustments. Ensure product integrity by utilizing advanced metrology tools, including micrometers and calipers, for thorough quality verification. Maintain equipment reliability through routine preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical issues. Foster a collaborative shop floor environment by identifying opportunities to refine machining cycles and improve throughput. Uphold a culture of safety and operational excellence by strictly adhering to industry-standard protocols. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe setup and operation. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex technical documentation and blueprints. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on machining process optimization. Must meet U.S. Person requirements for compliance with export control regulations. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized vocational training in machining. Direct experience operating Mazak or Nakamura turning centers. Background in the aerospace manufacturing sector. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to team-based problem solving.
