KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWE VALUE
