Job Responsibilities Operate CNC machines for aerospace, semiconductor, and precision component manufacturing. Perform daily CNC machining operations and ensure stable equipment and process performance. Set up machining operations based on engineering drawings, including tool changes and basic program adjustments. Collaborate with the engineering team in Taiwan on test cutting and pilot production to ensure smooth process implementation. Troubleshoot production issues such as dimensional deviations, tool wear, and machine malfunctions. Conduct first article inspections and in-process quality inspections. Assist with new equipment installation, machine testing, and mass production setup. Maintain 6S standards and follow workplace safety regulations. Report production status and improvement suggestions while maintaining effective communication with the Taiwan engineering team. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience High school diploma or above Background in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Metal Fabrication, or related fields preferred Preferred Skills Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools Familiarity with semiconductor or aerospace manufacturing environments is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset Basic English communication skills preferred for collaboration with international teams
