Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer as we continue to grow our engineering team. This position will involve working in the following areas: New Product Development New Tooling Development Development of new Manufacturing Capabilities Technical Support for

Production Safety Support Schedule:

Full Time | Monday - Friday 6 am to 3 pm Hours may begin or extend beyond typical times.

customer focus, integrity, excellence, hard work and discipline, teamwork, honor, safety, and continuous improvement Construct prototypes for beta testing, customer demonstration, and validation of the design's manufacturability Perform engineering calculations to support design work Create tooling and fixtures for production Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering team members to develop innovative solutions Work with production departments when technical support is required Develop and implement new manufacturing capabilities Required Qualifications Alignment with company values Hands-on mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a collaborative environment Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated worker Established mathematical ability in calculus, trigonometry, and statistics Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field 2-5 years of experience working in manufacturing or in a related field Firm understanding of engineering concepts Experience developing and implementing fixtures/tooling Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and products Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Experience in the HVAC industry How to
