Job Description:

What we do matters. We're hiring a Manufacturing Planner to support the build and delivery of test equipment, prototype hardware, and engineering systems for advanced aerospace and defense programs. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, helping bring complex hardware-from cables and chassis to electro-mechanical assemblies-from design through production. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials, builds, and schedules stay aligned, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on coordination, problem-solving, and working closely with engineering teams.

Tucson, AZ (onsite)
Clearance:
U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance (active or obtainable) Strong Preference for Active Clearance. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the manufacturing and build of test equipment, prototypes, and hardware assemblies Manage material procurement and requisitions, tracking parts from order through delivery Support builds involving cables, chassis, electro-mechanical fixtures, and test systems Maintain configuration control, build records, and quality documentation Participate in engineering design reviews to support manufacturability and planning Track schedules and ensure materials and builds meet program timelines Resolve procurement, material, and build issues in collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related STEM field 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or engineering support Experience interpreting engineering drawings (electrical assemblies, cables, chassis, etc.) Experience with material procurement, requisitions, or supply chain coordination Background working in a manufacturing, lab, or engineering environment U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience with test equipment, prototype hardware, or engineering builds Familiarity with configuration management and product documentation control Experience supporting electro-mechanical assemblies or test systems Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
