Job Description:
Manufacturing Engineer - Satellite Structures Anaheim, CA (off the 91 and 57) We design and manufacture system-level thermal solutions, partnering with customers for over 20 years across aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and government R D sectors. Our technologies support mission-critical applications ranging from spacecraft thermal management to precise temperature control in surgical environments, operating across extreme conditions from -150°C to 1,100°C. As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Satellite Structures, you will lead projects from planning through delivery, partnering with customers, engineering teams, and production personnel to ensure successful program execution. Key Responsibilities Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables for composite manufacturing programs. Drive program execution while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and project goals. Serve as a primary customer contact, providing regular communication and project updates. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, tooling, and materials teams to support program success. Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support prototype fabrication and testing activities as needed. Develop practical solutions to manufacturing and production challenges. Qualifications B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Experience with advanced fiber-reinforced composites and/or aluminum honeycomb structures and associated manufacturing processes. Strong experience with Aerospace/Satellite systems along with Thermal Management concepts. Hands-on experience with prototype hardware fabrication, testing, and DFM systems is a plus.
