$100K•125K ?? Manufacturing Engineer Focus This role supports production and continuous improvement across aerospace manufacturing processes. You'd be responsible for: Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, workflows, and documentation Creating work instructions, routings, and driving process improvements Supporting new product introduction (NPI) and MRB activities Designing tooling/test fixtures and troubleshooting motors/generators Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency Ideal background: 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing Experience with GD&T, SolidWorks, and technical documentation Familiarity with

ISO/AS9100

environments Strong hands-on problem-solving and production support experience Electrical Engineer Focus (Design-Heavy Role) This position centers on the design and development of power and control electronics , especially for motor and generator systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and analyzing circuits and power electronics systems Developing new products and modifying existing designs Running performance/qualification testing (including EMI) Supporting shop floor builds and collaborating with cross-functional teams Working directly with customers and technical specifications Ideal background: 5-10 years of electrical design engineering experience Experience with motor controllers, generators, or power electronics Strong circuit design and testing knowledge Aerospace or high-reliability product experience preferred ?
