Process Engineer

Description The Process Sustaining Engineer supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining process stability, improving equipment performance, and supporting production in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Engineer works cross-functionally to identify and resolve electromechanical issues, support process optimization, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Strong documentation skills Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment Engineer roles are hands-on and require electromechanical troubleshooting experience. For Engineers, entry-level candidates can be trained, but prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.56 - $34.56/hr.
