Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or an individual looking to begin a career in aerospace and precision manufacturing. The Manufacturing Engineer will support production operations by developing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, assisting with tooling and work instructions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and production activities
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing routers
  • Assist with tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Work closely with CNC programmers, machinists, quality, and production personnel
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Help evaluate manufacturing methods, cycle times, and material utilization
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturability
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
  • Support first article inspections and production readiness activities
  • Maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards and company procedures
Education/ Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred NOT required in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, or assembly operations
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to CNC machining or aerospace manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean, kaizen manufacturing principles a plus but not required
  • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software Additional information:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
