Secret Position Responsibilities:
Supports the development and verification of test methods. Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan. Performs detailed planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test. Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer. Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements. Presents test results internally. Archives data and reports. Trains/Guides junior test conductors with their career development in flight test.
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. 5+ years of experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations. 5+ years of experience in planning and conducting system level lab, ground, or flight testing. 100+ hours of control room experience as a Test Conductor.
Preferred Skills:
Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience performing tactical aircraft flight testing (planning and/or executing). 5+ years of experience directly interfacing with customers and senior program leadership. 5+ years of experience developing detailed test points from system level specification requirements, test planning, execution and reporting test results.
Education & Experience:
