Job Summary To develop, integrate and implement technical solutions and compliance documentation compliant with all relevant customer, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements, within agreed program, schedule, and manufacturing constraints. Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and check technical solutions and compliance documentation to ensure they are compliant with all relevant internal/external stakeholders, customer, and regulatory requirements, within agreed program, schedule, and constraints. Support Business Development and Intelligence projects: Power BI, Alteryx, and similar initiative with process standardization and coordination within the Repair Solutions business. Identify technical problems and apply/integrate solutions with/without guidance of supervising team Partner with internal stakeholders on process reviews, data collection, process mapping, development and implementation for digital transformation projects. Execute and implement methods plans, toolsets and approaches that are appropriate and compliant to achieve the design and program objectives. Identify and assess technical risk for own work and propose mitigations within assigned programs/projects. Develop designs compliant to cost and manufacturing requirements using appropriate techniques for design such as manufacture and assembly (DFMA) and design to cost. Assist business development and digital transformation department with projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Software, or another related field)
  • 1+ years of data configuration and digital modernization experience within manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ year of experience project development experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • GKN Experience
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Alteryx software Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is between $85,000
  • $90,000.
