• The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to: Perform the day-to-day duties of the nonconformance (NC) process, including potentially the review of Customer Service Reports (CS) and Corrective Actions (CA).

Create and distribute nonconformance reports (NCR) with applicable employees. Communicate with shop personnel to clarify root causes, as necessary. Develop effective Root Cause Analysis using various methodologies. Communicate NCR results with internal and external interested parties. Act as a Material Review Board (MRB) Team member. Assist with nonconforming material cages. Oversee scrap parts and ensure effective mutilation. Participate in the AS9100 Quality Program. Perform other duties as required by the organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Education :

Bachelors degree

• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred

Skills :

Understanding of engineering data/drawings and

ASME Y14.5M-1994

drawing standards. Technical writing and report generation. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong technical communication abilities with external and internal parties. Understanding of manufacturing and production processes and sequences.

Experience :

2 years' experience in manufacturing

• aerospace industry preferred
