Your impact As the senior engineer leading Assembly, Test & Launch Operations (ATLO), you will convert designs into flight-ready, constellation-scale spacecraft. You'll orchestrate integration flows, write and approve procedures, lead system-level and environmental testing, and take spacecraft through launch integration—while raising the bar on quality, speed, and safety. How you'll succeed Lead end-to-end builds: Own planning and execution from assembly through launch, maintaining technical excellence and delivery targets.
Design for manufacturability:
Review drawings/schematics early, feed improvements into proposals and design cycles, and optimize for large-scale constellations.
Decisive troubleshooting:
Partner with technicians, inspectors, and engineers in the cleanroom; resolve non-conformances and enact corrective actions with clear go/no-go calls.
System mastery:
Integrate, test, and debug development platforms to craft high-quality test and assembly procedures and deepen system knowledge.
Authority and ownership:
Serve as signature authority on procedures, process plans, and new program initiatives.
Test and launch leadership:
Run EMI/C, dynamics, and TVAC campaigns; execute launch integration while balancing overarching plans, staffing, and schedules.
Continuous improvement:
Drive throughput gains, reduce build hours and defects, and streamline complex processes using data-driven methods.
Metrics that matter:
Apply statistical and analytical tools to monitor team and product execution performance.

Systems Engineer. Openings at Levels 3 and 4. Culture and schedule We're a hands-on, high-accountability team that balances precision with speed. To meet mission timelines, we operate a rotating shift model: Employees may work various shifts on a rotating basis; one shift per day. Shift times can change and additional shifts may be added as needed. Each shift is 9.5 hours with a 0.5-hour lunch, aligning to a 9/80 calendar—every other Friday is a non-working day.

1430 - 0000 Current posting indicates 1st shift; flexibility is valued for surge milestones and launch campaigns. Qualifications Required BS in Engineering or related field. Typically 5+ years of relevant experience via accredited study in engineering, engineering technology (incl. manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry—or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, test, or materials/process engineering within Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries.
Expertise in at least one:
medium-rate production (10-100 complex products/year), mechanical integration, electrical testing, spacecraft integration, program leadership, industrial operations, or systems engineering. Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). Preferred 7+ years in space systems and knowledge of satellite manufacturing standards and concepts. Experience authoring production work instructions and procedures for critical aerospace parts. Hands-on with NI Lab
VIEW, DAQ
hardware, power supplies, signal analyzers, multimeters. Version control and software fundamentals; Python, C++, Linux; and network architecture.
Strong analytics:
statistics, data analysis, cost/benefit, BI, visualization (PowerBI, Tableau).
Tools and systems:
MRP/ERP, Jira, MS Project, MES, Teamcenter/PLM, configuration management. CAD proficiency and fluency with engineering drawings. Excellent written/verbal communication; confident presenter to teams, customers, and leadership. Experience with a union-represented workforce. Willingness to support different shifts, travel to launch/integration sites, and surge needs. Active TS/SCI.
