Our constellations support missions like missile warning and Earth observation. We are a team of curious, bold innovators who challenge the status quo and take pride in seeing our spacecraft head to orbit. A day in this role Picture this: you step onto the production floor, badge into the cleanroom, and lead the day's build on a flight vehicle. You're reviewing engineering drawings, walking the integration line with technicians and quality inspectors, and making go/no-go calls with clear rationale. In the afternoon, you're executing an environmental test sequence—EMI/C, dynamics, or TVAC—while keeping the program on schedule. By day's end, you've updated procedures, resolved a non-conformance, and driven a process improvement that saves hours on the next spacecraft. When launch campaign time comes, you're at the pad integrating to the launch vehicle—seeing the result of your leadership head for space. What you'll lead and deliver Own planning and execution for a satellite program from assembly through launch. Review early drawings and schematics to anticipate build challenges and influence upstream design/proposal decisions for manufacturability and constellation-scale production. Guide cleanroom troubleshooting with technicians, inspectors, and engineers; drive corrective actions and provide decisive go/no-go judgments. Integrate, test, and debug development platforms to produce high-quality assembly and test procedures and deepen system understanding. Serve as signature authority on procedures, process plans, and new program initiatives. Lead environmental test campaigns (EMI/C, dynamics, TVAC) and launch integration—owning elements of plans, schedule, and staffing. Continuously improve throughput, reduce build hours and defects, and eliminate waste in complex production flows. Use statistical/analytical tools to monitor performance metrics for teams and execution plans.
